10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly staff, even though they were not able to assist in getting a bus connection to Bergamo. Extremely good breakfast, high quality and much to choose from, and the coffee was amazing. Beds were very comfy. parking cellar, don't go down then with a larger car, narrow windy entrance. Would book again

The hotel was ideal for a late night flight into Bergamo airport. We had a lovely drink in the bar on arrival. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The choice at breakfast was amazing and it was lovely to eat outside. I highly recommend this hotel!

6/10 Good

Hotel reception corridors lobby all beautiful. Hotel room below average. Noisy. Sparse, wood peeling. Lights are on a special push control panel, which can't be deciphered .. just luck dip if you switch them on or 📴 No fridge, no toileterid and paper cups?? This is a 4 star and it's paper cups, a rubbish kettle and a sachet of coffee and a few t bags.
