Excellent service and aparthotel. Convenient location with very close transportation options. I'd like to highlight the excellent service provided by Suzanne, who manages the hotel's breakfast. Always smiling, she puts a lot of love into what she does! Breakfast is orchestrated by her, and everything is always fresh and delicious. I'd also like to thank Rahima. LHer service, availability, and clear information were incredible and helped us get to know the city better. She has a very good reputation and is always willing to help. We were very happy and appreciate the excellent service provided by everyone at the hotel.

Nice place to stay Very convenient location there is a tram stop outside which takes you to inner stradt but its only a ten minute walk The hotel staff are helpful and are there 24hrs Rooms are nice and cosy with a big bathroom The kitchen is well equipped microwave,large fridge, coffee machine and electric hob Definitely recommend

Perfect for extended stay

Great place for an extended stay. It is a little off yhe beaten path, but a short walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store just a couple of blocks away, as is the metro stop. There is a great lobby for hanging out in yhe evenings.

We had an alright stay at the hotel. The room was clean and modern. I liked the good size of the bathroom and that the hotel was in walking distance to both the railwaystation and the old town center. The aircondition did not work guite optionally, and I missed a topper over the mattress. The mattress was to firm for me. I also missed to have a good chair to sit in. These things are the reason why I don’t give eaven better score.

Not as expensive as we thought shoppers paradise.

We had a great time. The hotel was very nice and modern, the studio room we had was quite spacious with a small kitchen area with a large fridge, two ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the required kitchen utensils. A decent size bathroom with an over bath shower. The staff were nice and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which we were very gratefull for. The hotel is in a great place. It's literally ten minutes walk to the centre of vienna which is an amazing place for food and shopping..It wasn' as expensive as we expected either, quite similar to the uk maybe a little cheaper. We'd highly reccommend and would love to go back. 3 nights seemed to be the perfect amount of time.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, bei dem man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Ich fand hierfür nirgends ein Vermerk. Bei nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage war das ein absoluter Horror. Nach der 2. Übernachtung war man dann einverstanden mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, was dann doch positiv zu bewerten ist Beachten Sie Zimmer gegen den Innenhof können die Fenster nicht öffnen! Gelüftet wird bei Zimmerreinigung, welche nur alle 7 Zage stattfindet

Susannah at breakfast professional and hearwarm

Perfect place for sightseeing though noisy. But quite soundproof. We had superior studioapartment 706. Generally the staff was friendly but Susannah in particular. She managed the entire breakfast always with a smile and nice words. Inconvenient bedarrangement with very sharp corners we had to wrap in bubbleplast so we didnt get hurt. Ekstra pull out bed under the bed that you could knock your toes into. And bedsidetable sort of thing that was dangerous as well. We moved it out of the way. The windows could open but were very worn. You can get exstra toiletpaper and towels by selfcollect in the basement near the sauna. And exstra capsules for coffee for free.
