The lights in the corridors, I understand they are to save on energy, they are just too dark and the lights take long to turn on, you have to walk several steps into the dark before they turn on. Hice una reservacion y PAGUÉ 2 habitaciones, pero NUNCA me hicieron entrega de la 2da habitación NO obstante que ya estaba pagada. Pues argumentaron que tenía que llegar el 2do huesped. y le dije que me la diera pues ya estaba pagada y se negaron. Solicité la cancelación y por ende la devolución y se negaron ha hacerla. Señalo que efectivamente iba llegar otro huesped pero NO llego, sin embargo como ya estaba pagada y la reservación estaba a mi nombre su obligación era dármela y sería mi decisión si una noche dormía en una y la otra en el otro cuarto, pero aún así se NEGARON y no me la dieron. Pero eso SI, buenos para cobrar y NO aceptar la cancelación y por ende la devolución de lo pagado.
