Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly.

Great Quirky Hotel

Unusual setting at the top of a shopping centre but a great hotel with handy shops underneath. Interesting modern architecture inside the hotel too. Staff all good and professional. Room was comfortable if perhaps a little dark. Hotel has a few hangout areas and also an outdoor terrace.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The facilities were clean the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was easy and there is a washateria located just a few floors down from the hotel. We travel lite and being able to wash clothes is super convenient.
