Beautiful little boutique hotel with a great pool that was like a home away from home. Just on the edge of Old Town so an easy walk or short grab ride. Breakfast is 'alfresco' so could be improved with covers over food to stop pastries drying out and better coffee. Highly recommend and our most favourite stay of our Vietnam trip.

The staff here is amazing! The breakfast is good the pool is nice and the rooms are clean! I thought I left something behind so I reached out to the hotel, the dig through the trash to find my left behind item. 12/10 would recommend staying here!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful…. I had the best two weeks here. I have been a guest at the Cozy hotel chain for the past 10yrs and this hotel has kept the same homely feel with added features like the little gym and spa. The staff are exceptional and from the reception, restaurant and kitchen staff to the room attendants and porters they are all ready to help with any questions or help you may need. The hotel is within walking distance to old town and the market. The riverside restaurants are simply a walk across the road. The hotel also has bicycles for guests to use and the ride out to the beach is lovely. Thank you to everyone at Cozy An you made my stay perfect as usual and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to HoiAn

This is a nice boutique hotel with lots of convenience stores nearby. Also within walking distance to Hoi A Memories land. Pros - extremely attentive staff, clean environment, no fuss and no hassle. It was a joy checking in, and I was sorry to have to check out. Had no problems ordering food from Grab, which saved me time from going out. Cons - limited dining options in-house, two small bottles of water per day per room (not enough). But as I said, you can get more from the stores nearby.

A beautiful boutique hotel with helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, delicious breakfast, we used the pool every afternoon to cool off and we walked everywhere in Old Town Hoi An. We are a family of 4 and booked the 2 bedroom(connecting rooms), and the rooms were very comfortable, and well appointed.

This was our first time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and we had a view of the bridge that changed colors at night. It is a short walk to the markets and river area. Everyone is friendly and the food is good in their restaurant.

This was the nicest hotel, we stayed in while travelling through Vietnam. The room was large, clean and lovely. I would certainly stay again. I would love to bring my wife and children next time. The location was fantastic. The staff was lovely and an amazing breakfast every day. Yes you can get more luxurious hotels but for the price that we paid which I think was very, very good. I’m extremely happy overall.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were fantastic and the amenities were great. The location is also very good, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. There are bikes available for free too. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard. A fabulous place for a group of 11 to stay. Lovely rooms, amazing staff and service, great pool, close to old town but out of nighttime noise. Fab spring rolls at the locals restaurant next door. Loved our stay and cant wait to come back!
