The staff at this property made this place amazing to be at, everyone was very friendly and helpful and hospitable. The dining was great, I would only stay here if I returned to Bali and willl recommend this place to everyone I know who go is planning to visit. Overall, our stay was good. Food at the hotel was good quality, but not as great as some of the other places in Bali for the same money.
Rooms were clean on the surface, but could use a deep clean and a bit of a renovation in some spots since they are showing signs of wear and tear.

Amazing stay! Stepping out onto the balcony to see zebras, wilderbeast, a rhino, a giraffe and elephants is such a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast is in the lions den! We booked the Night Safari and highly recommend this, we were in a cage, travelling through the safari park feeding animals in the dark.
Book a Twiga room for 1st floor rooms with animal view, some of these have connecting rooms whereas the family suites seem to overlook the pool area.

An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love!
