Overall, our stay was good. Food at the hotel was good quality, but not as great as some of the other places in Bali for the same money.
Rooms were clean on the surface, but could use a deep clean and a bit of a renovation in some spots since they are showing signs of wear and tear.

Amazing stay! Stepping out onto the balcony to see zebras, wilderbeast, a rhino, a giraffe and elephants is such a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast is in the lions den! We booked the Night Safari and highly recommend this, we were in a cage, travelling through the safari park feeding animals in the dark.
Book a Twiga room for 1st floor rooms with animal view, some of these have connecting rooms whereas the family suites seem to overlook the pool area.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We stayed in one of the suites with 5 people, plenty of space. The staff arranged meerkat feeding and dinning. The zoo itself was cool.

An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love!

It what we expected adventure to see animals up close Opportunity to feed animals up close and photos with them the animals close to iguana and birds. Parrots , cockatoo and can pay for feeding and close to meerkats , giraffe and elephants etc.
