We had a great family stay at Crowne Plaza Sohar. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast had good variety, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing with kids. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and unexpected welcoming of fresh fruit and dates with chocolate. That was very thoughtful for a traveler arriving at midnight. Extremely clean room with top notch accessories.

Overall very good

Very good overall (staff, restaurants) but for some reason no more live football in sports bar, which I believe not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. But I understand that not everybody likes football...

I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly delightful stay at this hotel in Oman. The exceptional quality of service, coupled with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, made it an unforgettable experience. The staff's dedication to hospitality was evident throughout, as they were consistently willing to go above and beyond to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. Undoubtedly, I look forward to revisiting and confidently recommend this establishment to fellow travelers. From the attentive service to the inviting ambiance, this hotel stands out as a prime choice for those considering travel to Oman. Its excellence in hospitality makes it a destination worth returning to, creating lasting impressions for any discerning traveler seeking a memorable stay.

Nice place. But some service need update or not working.

Not as per 5 star rating.

Sports activity area areas not operational like Billiards and table tennis. Food was average. Housekeeping needs supervision and instruction. But it was not that bad.

Not as it was in the past............

Not as it used to be. Regretfully declining although breakfast was still ok. Maybe thanks to COVID but still. Carton cups on your room to drink from is IBIS level. Tea from a carton cup....so bring your own teacup!

One of the best in Sohar

Loved this hotel. Large room. Good views. Although on a main road but windows sound isolated. Clean. Food is very good with excellent variety. Had more than one restaurant so plenty of choice. Reception staff were very welcoming. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly at breakfast, in the steak restaurant and Maria (I think that was her name) at the reception desk.
