This was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at. Grounds were well maintained and very lush. Staff was very helpful and always willing to go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Amazing place and we cannot wait to return. We happened to be there at the same time one of the owners was also there.... Incredible man and you can tell he was a true businessman who cared about his staff, business, very personable and also wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Greeted every guest and made the time to make you feel comfortable and special. I am so glad we found this hotel on Hotels.com.

6/10 Good

Clean rooms, good looking pool. The room was noisy at night - lots of clicking of furniture / noise because of aircon. The pool chairs meant you could only lie one way. Breakfast was ok but not great

Amazing stay at Namu. Beautiful architecture and décor and everything kept very clean. Wonderful staff and very tranquil. Perfect location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still just a few minutes walk to the shops and water.

Loved it very enjoyable and good customer service, there is a town nearby with a lot to do. The breakfast was amazing and we had many drinks by the pool.

This property is gorgeous, and the staff is fantastic. The free breakfast (which you can also do as room service) was such a nice perk - I will miss the daily fresh-squeezed starfruit juice. We had a fantastic couples massage. I loved that there were several little spaces on the property where you could hang out away from your room. It is a little off the beaten path, but walkable to all of the restaurants and shops. We had a great stay.
