No pets, check in is strictly 4pm even though rooms are ready way before than, no front desk must text number for any questions or problems, shower water pressure was nonexistent and shower water kept turning off. No bathrooms in lobby only one in the restaurant. Limited parking. For a night not bad but more than that I’d want to go somewhere else. Location to downtown about 10 minute drive. Was expecting more from my stay.

I loved the attention to detail of this boutique hotel! The records and record player provided, the pitcher and glasses, the hand painted tiles in the bathroom and beautiful wallpaper made it a unique place to spend a date night in Pensacola. My one complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower.

What a cute boutique hotel for downtown Pensacola. The decoration and the place is beautiful. The restaurant and speakeasy are great places to eat/drink.
The staff is AMAZING!
The cleanliness of the room was a small issue and you can hear the guest in the other rooms. It was loud at times! But overall we loved the place and will be back!

This hotel is amazing! They always go above and beyond. Ive read all the reviews. Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times. Week days. Weekends and never found it loud or disturbing. The bar and restaurant close by 10pm.
I wish the speak easy stayed open later. It is such a vibe and has amazing staff. Kate is incredible.
Its now my home away from home!
