Spring Break 2023
Great place to stay ! Stayed here Spring Break 2023 ! Very clean and friendly staff. Could use a variety of breakfast food . Stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the same all 5 mornings . Also , there is a restaurant next door that had loud live music every night until and a lot of loud guest . Got woke up several times by loud guests . I would being my family back .

New to Pensacola
We had never been to this area of Florida, but found this to be an excellent location! This hotel was right across the street from the beach so we could walk. You're also walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. This hotel was undergoing renovations to their pool area during our stay. While not complete, the area would be nice. A very small beach area is available and perfect for sunset viewing. Our room was recently updated and is as appears in the website pics. The bed next to the wall is too close and use caution when entering/exiting by the surfboard!!! The beds are very soft, so not good for those with back issues. There is no daily maid service and you must request it if wanted. One huge downside with the sugar-sand, it gets everywhere. The hotel really needs to put brooms in the room. We unfortunately brought sand in the beds.... We bought some Swiffers, which helped, but the floors were dirty. The free breakfast was ok, very basic. Donna was extremely helpful, pleasant and maintained the area well! Aisha, the front desk manager, was very welcoming during the checkin/out process and helpful during our stay! She is a true gem for an employer. We recommend this area over FWB or Destin.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! The hotel breakfast attendant Elizabet is amazing! Greets u every morning with a smile and a good morning. Offers to fix u a waffle or whatever u need and is so sweet. U wont get that at most places u stay, ever! Will be back a 5th time! :)
