It is VERY difficult to see the sign to the hotel if you are walking up, or even in a cab. the sign can ONLY be seen in a distance as it is ABOVE the awning. This caused me to have to walk up and down the hills and stairs several times with heavy luggage before finaly asking someone where the hotel was, and it was in a building with several signs for OPAQUE Rooftop Bar, or OPAQUE Gastro Pub. NO SIGN anywhere near the door saying there is a hotel inside as well. This REALLY needs to be improved for better customer service as it caused me to be a half hour late to my appt, and a sore back for having to carry my heavy luggage around an extra 20 minutes looking for this place. Once I arrived, the staff were very kind and the room was relatively quiet given how hectic the area is. There were some areas of the room that could use some maintenance (like warped floors and old leaks in ceilings). But overall I was comfortable in the place.
