Great location
Someone on a competing site compared this to the Super 8 in Times Square - rudimentary, but in the perfect location. Several minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, with great shopping and dining options in the immediate neighborhood. The hotel itself has seen better days. The two-story walk-up was very dimly lit so we opted for the lift. The bar/lounge didn't lend itself to spending any downtime. But our balcony had a nice view of the neighborhood, and the breakfast was good.

No working AC, nightly temperature 80F
The ac at the hotel was not working. The temperature at night was 80F, they gave us 2 fans, but they were on 2 hrs timer. So the whole night we took turns getting up and turning the dial. Never with a good night rest, this spoiled our Rome vacation completely.

Comfortable hotel
We went to Rome in cold weather, but the hotel was comfortable. Old hotel but functional. We were served by two receptionists, with one being quite friendly while the other was a bit unfriendly.
