Stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights for my birthday, the suite was absolutely beautiful very clean and the hot tub set it off, the spa was amazing very clean enjoyed an Indian head massage which was very relaxing, the food was amazing lots of choice for breakfast, the staff were very polite and helpful, we will definitely be back

Lovely hotel and majority of the staff was lovely,spa really nice and treatments lovely,but I’d be mindful if you are wanting to relax they do allow children in the spa,luckily enough we used the facilities the previous night and it was nice and chilled but went to use it the morning of check and out was wild,kids screaming jumping in the pools we ended up just getting changed and leaving apart from that would recommend.

One nights stay in a double room with a hot tub. Had a great stay, exceptionally warm welcome from the lovely gentleman in the hut on arrival to car park, concierge and reception. Lovely a glass of fizz and the little tour of facilities. Room was really clean, loved the little spa basket of towels and slippers. The room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the pub and spa, no noise noted. The hot tub gave great views of the tree tops, which with autumn colours was amazing to look at my cheeky dip this morning with a brew. Enjoyed a cocktail in the terrace bar, which was great

Room was clean, towels were not changed daily and tea/coffee facilities were not replenished every day, luckily I had taken my own. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Pool area was good main pool was bright but a bit dark and dangerous in areas, the hot tub was not very clean or clear you could not see the steps to get in, needs lighting to see where you are going, health a safety hazard. Nice to have a bar on the poolside, and it stayed open till late. Lots of people in the on-site pub in bathrobes eating and drinking as you had to go through pub to get to the pool. Good in the pub had a good variety to choose from reasonable priced. All in all it was a nice hotel and a pleasant stay, but the pool area definitely needs to a bit brighter to see where you are going.
