The hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful street that has tons of shopping and restaurants, and leads to the port where there’s a beautiful artisan market! The hotel manage is so lovely. The rooftop bar and breakfast were perfect! Rooms are impeccably clean and beds are super comfy! We loved our stay!

Parking was near by but you have to pay for it! This was okay it felt save. The staff was so nice! Especially our breakfast was excellent and cappuccino was made as you wish. Quiet place with airconditioning and right in the center of Olbia. I will for sure recommend this Boutique Hotel Every day a fresh room and fresh bottle of water.

Great location in the city centre, beautiful hotel and friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this place in Olbia. Marcella was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Try the homemade cheesecake.

Stylish, well-located hotel

Great hotel in the centre of Olbia, close to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, and only a short walk to the train station. We had an excellent room with a comfy bed, and enjoyed the breakfast — there is plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again.

A wonderful boutique hotel with real attention to detail in design and facilities. A very individual experience, with warm, helpful and efficient staff. Fantastic breakfast, lots of local information, and extremely well appointed, confit able and beautifully designed rooms with attractive tiling. Highly recommended throughout. If there is an option better to choose room at rear of hotel to minimise external noise.

Late check-in worked well. Room was very modern and there was plenty choice for breakfast. However, the outside noise was very loud. Music from a nearby bar until 0015. Even with the shutters closed was too loud for sleep. We stayed on a Monday night.

We just came back from the most amazing stay in Olbia. The hotel is in a perfect location - ten mins to the airport and right in the centre for fantastic dining options. The staff are exceptional - nothing is a problem and everything is delivered with a smile. A special shout out to Virginia who gave us great tips and made our stay memorable. We didn’t have a car but were able to access everything by bus as the transport system is great and were able to visit some beautiful beaches.

Short Trip to Italy

What a lovely little gem of a place. Our first time to Italy and I really struggled to work out where to stay and the level of luxury. I’ve also never stayed someone without 24 hour reception. This hotel is centrally located, very nice interior, just beautiful. Someone has put a lot of effort in. We booked very last minute but all details on how to access the property were provided instantly (we were arriving late). Would recommend to everyone.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It seemed thoughtfully designed and in the perfect location. Unfortunately the AC did not work and the host was very difficult to get in contact with. When he did try to fix the AC remotely, it didn’t work. We could not get in touch with him and he did not follow up to see if his remote solution worked so we slept with the exterior doors open which was soooo noisy we couldn’t sleep. The bed was also very uncomfortable. In the morning he apologized saying he would waive the $8 city tax as it was “the least he could do” for a $200 room. When we reached out to Expedia and the property after check out to inquire about a refund they said there was nothing they could do. This is not how we wanted to spend our time on vacation…would not recommend.
