We stayed originally for 8 days but ended up extending it for 2 more days for a total of 10 days. The entire staff was excellent and very helpful. One that stood out was "Jeff" at the front desk. Very friendly, very informative and the right person at the desk to greet the guests as they arrive. The breakfast was good, but they need to switch it up every now and then The same thing for 10 days was getting old. But I would absolutely stay there again if ever in Ocean City again. Thank you all for your hospitality, especially Jeff for our talks we had when coming downstairs He is definitely a people person.

Terrible Hotel!!!
This was the worse hotel experience for my wife and me during our 29 year marriage! Two different hotel rooms were very dirty. The furniture was old, dirty, and in disrepair. The management team was irresponsible and non-responsive to our complaints. We requested a full or partial refund from the Holiday Inn Express Corporate office, but was offered a rewards plan instead.
