A great place and great facilities. The only down side is that it’s hard to communicate in English with the staff

We had a fantastic experience at Kashmir Hotel and Spa. The staff was very professional, courteous and polite. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The hotel was quite, you can rest well. The only part I didn't enjoy personally was the massage I got. It was good technique but did not much besides that.

A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying .

Everything was perfect! The location is stunning in nature. Hotel was very stylish and high quality design and service. The food was super delicious. Overall we are very happy that we chose this hotel. Only recommendation I have is they should prohibit smoking around the outdoor hot pool area. There were many smoking people right next to the pools. When you are relaxing in nature, last thing you want to inhale smoke. They should dedicate smoking areas away from the pool. Everything else was perfect.

Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!
