Awful.
Probably the worst stay I have had in a long time. We arrived to a computer screen - which we expected as it was after 9pm but we had no code to check in. We had to buzz the help desk three times before we finally got someone who helped us and gave us a code to get in. It took over 25 minutes. The email with the code arrived at 4.25am while we were asleep !
The bathroom sink and toilet had stains and my son's bed was not the bunk in the pictures but a small sofa bed which we had to make with sheets. There was no duvet for him.
In the morning we went down at 9.40 - 10 mins after breakfast finished (which we didnt know as there had been no sign the night before) but it was all still layed out. The lady refused to let us pay for it - bad business and bad customer service. There is a very nice boulangerie serving coffee and croissants opposite Carrefour.
