I wish I could live here! This place was fantastic, the staff was incredible and the accessibility to anything you’d want to do in southern Tuscany was perfect. The staff set us up with a truffle hunting experience with an amazing gentleman and his dog- an experience I’ll never forget. The food is delicious and our room was incredible spacious and comfortable. Not a bad thing to say about this place. Worth the stay!

What an amazing hotel! We were warmly greeted on arrival and invited to a welcome beverage of choice. We were then escorted to our room and shown the various amenities round the property. Our room was immaculate, modern, clean and the view was breathtaking. The grounds at the hotel are well maintained and the view from the infinity pool and our room was STUNNING! The evening meal at the restaurant was one of our favourites of our trip and very reasonably priced, alongside the breakfast which was fresh and a variety of options. I can’t thank the staff enough for their friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Villa Cicolina for our honeymoon was magical! The property is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a Senior Suite that was very spacious and the king size bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top notch! The infinity pool was beautiful. We enjoyed naps in the comfy lounge bed by the pool. Loved that you could whatsapp the staff and they would bring you whatever you needed including Spritz's by the pool. We did the wine tasting held in their romantic cellar with great wines and charcuterie. We also did the cooking class that was so much fun and then we got to eat what we prepared for dinner in their beautiful outside patio. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and we would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in the pink house. It was clean, felt updated recently, well kept each day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing! Definitely worth having dinner there one night, the servers were great. Only feedback would be that the pink house should have its own wifi as it was hard to get connection from the main house wifi.

My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!

An excellent spot to get away from it all. Comfortable with outstanding service . The dinner at the restaurant was a simple, elegant delicious affair that beat the heck outof the Michelin rated restaurant we dined at the next day Especially love the wood floors in the room —works wonders on my carpet induced allergies

Amazing four-night stay. Such a quaint area with stunning views. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They felt like family by the end of our stay. We did the wine tasting, romantic dinner, and cooking class - all spectacular experiences. Junior suite was just right for the two of us. Parking was easy and ample. Bring bug spray if you’re staying in September! We will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful Senior Suite, very spacious. Breakfast was included and delicious. The grounds are stunning - very romantic lush landscaping and a vanishing edge pool with amazing views far away. Staff (Raphaela) was super kind and accomodating any needs. On-site parking is a breeze. They transport your luggage to the room with a golf cart. What else can I add.

Make the Fairy Tale Real!

A slice of Paradise! This is a spectacular Villa with gorgeous grounds that include an amazing pool and hot tub. They have a very lovely restaurant in which they service breakfast and dinner. We took advantage of their romantic dinner for 2 in their private room. The most romantic evening my wife and I have ever had. The staff were wonderful. The villa is less than a Kilometer from Montapulciano and a number of wonderful wineries that make Vin Nobili. (Villa Cicolino also make it - and it is delicious) If you want to have the fairy tale of a Under the Tuscan Sun vacation become reality - Stay at Villa Cicolina

I would rate this hotel and its staff ten out of five if there is such a rating! My husband and I stayed three nights and we had a most memorable experience! The grounds of the hotel is beautifully maintained, it is located on a hill overlooking the breath-taking Val d’Orcia. There is a beautiful infinity pool and many garden furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the million dollar view. Every staff member is a professional, even an artist, who excels in their work. The gardener works literally from sun rise to sun down to maintain an impeccable garden. We want to express our most sincere thanks to hotel manager Roberta who personally helped us with a difficult situation. My husband had lost an important travel document so we had to submit a new application. Roberta helped us look for and then print out all necessary PO paperwork in the most organized way. She also directed us to the best photo studio so my husband could get his ID photo taken. When time came for us to check out , we really didn’t want to leave. We will always this beautiful place and the beautiful people who work here to make Villa Ciconela a perfect little corner of heaven.

Exceeded Expectations!! If you are looking for a Five Star Old World Family Tuscan Villa experience this is the place. Too much to elaborate on, but you will not be disappointed. Take the cooking class with Maria and enjoy the private label wine from their own vineyard.
