The Drift is in a great location. Easy walking distance to Palm Springs. Staff was wonderful, the room was clean. The only negative is the only place to store your clothes is a suitcase rack and a small hanging area. A dresser or cubbies would be great for this very affordable hotel

We had a nice stay at the Drift. No contact check in and out which was super easy. Convenient parking. Walkable area. Only suggestions are that for the price not having daily housekeeping was disappointing- who wants to clean or make their bed on vacation? Also- water should always be complementary at this price point. Almost 1K a night commands better service! Apart from that- it was ok.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional room, service, view and facilities. I wish we had longer there. Happy hour cocktails by the pool were a dream. Future guests booking via third parties should be aware of daily resort fee which weren’t clear when I booked.

While parking was easy and the beds were comfortable, you had to pay extra to have your room cleaned and provide 24 hours notice. Additionally, pour over coffee is advertised but only enough grounds for the first night are provided as complimentary and when I requested more I was told no. Lastly, a bartender said we could order coffee in the am after I spotted an espresso machine so the next morning around 9 am I went to restaurant and they said they don’t open until 11. The lack of clear communication on something as simple as coffee was ridiculous.

The Drift Palm Springs was an excellent choice for us. With our family of four, we stayed in the four bedroom suite. It has two “master suites with their own baths, and two nicely sized rooms that share a bath. A large living room with full kitchen is in the common area. The check in was seamless and the staff was wonderful. A great experience for us two years in a row
