What a gem of a hotel. Daniel was super helpful and even gave us great suggestions for resturants and places to hang out. The rest of the staff from the front desk to the bartender at the rooftop are all great as well. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with really nice bathrooms. Really cool vibe at this hotel. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and the food/cocktails are excellent. We almost felt guilty eating here too often because while we wanted to check out other locations, the food here was so good! (Try the club sandwich. It is excellent). The staff are really excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and this is a pretty quiet hotel for El Poblado.

I had an amazing stay! As a solo female traveler, safety is always a top priority for me, and I felt completely comfortable and secure the entire time. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive they truly made the experience even better. It’s located in a prime location so it’s close to everything.
