Once we got past the check in process (had to scan/submit EACH persons passport) since we were last minute booking, and I had to do this crammed in a taxi with my party, we really liked the keyless use of the unit. And keyless use of the supply closet (we always need an extra blanket). The room was definitely different. There were two divided rooms, which was great, as we were traveling with our adult daughter. The only downside of that is that the toilet is in one room, and the shower sinks and “bathroom” in the other. In the end, though, it did not detract from our stay. The other quirky thing is that the bathtub is located at the foot of the bed in the bedroom. We never got to use it, but somehow my husband managed to kick the water valve on in the middle of the night. turning on the water full blast and making me jump out of a dead sleep. The hotel location was great, and they also left us 4 cartons of water, which as you know, seems to be a premium in Europe. Being from Arizona, we sure did appreciate this! (Though they would not give us more) The restaurant (Cosy Cafe) at the base of the hotel was also very cute, quaint, and delicious! Overall I really liked this place.

The extra large room was perfect for three adults, lots of space. Good location near to bus stops but walkable to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great mountain views from our room on the top floor. Digital check-in worked well with good communication. Clean towels etc freely available from cupboard. Very quiet inside. Only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful spacious nicely decorated room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could ask for, all complimentary. Conveniently located near the train station, many dining options and tourist attractions, including old town. Nice restaurant/bar in the hotel. Complimentary luggage storage lockers. Had a glitch with virtual check-in but they were readily available by phone.
