Front desk young blonde female was excellent on our arrival. Breakfast colleagues were very self indulgent, was t sure why all the ego’s. Roof terrace was a free for all. I felt the as if l was the irritant even though l was staying at the hotel. Breakfast take reserved for the hotels duty mgr, a table for 4 used by just 1 person. 2 families turned away from this table. Check out was very poor. The older male colleague blatantly lied when we questioned why we were paying for 2 days worth if breakfast when we were checking out at 7am prior to breakfast, firstly he said nothing could be done because we had a special rate.. after questioning it again he took the charge off, then didn’t say gooobye or wish us an onward safe trip. Would not be back
