Very Convenient Location

I’m impressed with the staff who works hard to maintain the hotel in great state. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean supply with all the details that I needed. Most of all the breakfast service was wonderful.

Great hotel, very clean , very comfortable. Just noisy at night on the street side.

Great stay

Very nice hotel down a quiet street 8 minute walk from the main train station. One block away where tour buses pick you up and drop off. Nice, friendly n helpful staff. Clean. Only little downfall is there isn’t much shelf room to put your stuff. Room or bathroom. Shower was nice n updated, great water pressure n hot water.

One of the rooms I booked was supposed to have 2 twin beds. They put my friends in a room with one double bed. Then said the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about that. The manager apologized but said there was nothing he could do so I have to email the hotel directly about it. I did so. They have yet to respond. But then I complained to hotels dot com. They called the hotel and whoever answered said that my friends had gotten a room with 2 beds. They outright lied. My friends did not get a room with 2 beds. I'm so outraged at this poor business conduct.

Place was okay. Lots of nearby construction made it difficult to locate the hotel. Front Desk was a bit overwhelmed with several people checking in at once. Good breakfast but a bit pricey at $20. Would stay there again.

The room itself was nice it just had not been cleaned very well. The location is right next to the central station which is good but the surrounding area of the hotel was not very nice and felt a bit unsafe.

Great hotel

Everything was good. Quiet but central to transport links. 15 minutes walk to centre. Friendly staff. Clean. Well designed and quirky room. Felt very comfortable here

Loved the vibe of this eco-friendly hotel!

I had a great time! Room was just right; loved the tub! Comfy bed and great shower. Close to walk to all the must see highlights!! Breakfast buffet offered great variety and plenty of everything! Staff were friendly and helpful when i had a question about transportation. Highly recommend!

We had a great time during our stay. The rooms are fun and funky. The staff were helpful when needed. We were at the hotel during Oktoberfest and were able to walk anywhere we needed. Not the hotels fault but there were loud noises outside and a bright light coming in our window every night which woke us up often but we managed!

Nice tidy place in an interesting neighbourhood

This is a perfectly fine and economical hotel. It is tidy and clean with great friendly staff. It’s very close to Munich Hbf to the south. It probably isn’t the best neighbourhood for families, with hints of red light district in the immediate vicinity.

The window to our room wouldn’t close which made the room super cold. The shower head kept breaking, and the water kept leaking out the shower. Yes it’s close to the main areas however the hotel is not the best.
Alondra, 2-night trip

Ideal for solo travelers

Rooms are functional but tiny - two would be a squeeze! And no privacy in bathroom - all glass. No tea or coffee facilities. Small but pleasant bar area on ground floor for morning coffees and evening wine(s). Good breakfast available as optional. Easy walk to Old Town.

The hotel is good for one night stay not more. The area is noisy so i recommend you to book the quite room which has extra rate. I have requested the cleaning but nobody came. One positive thing was the attitude of receptionists. So nice and friendly. Other than that average standard for short stay. The price and quality do not match from my perspective.
Denisa, 11-night trip

8/10 Very good

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to München Hbf train station and Marienplatz. Check-in was warm and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was as well. I found my room to be cold and crushingly tiny. There were only inches on either side of the big bed in which to step. The glass shower stall had nothing to block the view, which is perhaps a bit too revealing especially if the curtains are open LOL. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful which is always nice when traveling in a foreign land.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel itself was very nice. Our room was clean and met our expectations. The bed was comfy and the bath tub was a nice bonus. Both staff members that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We loved the close proximity to the Marienplatz and all the wonderful landmarks around it. It is also a short walk from the train station which is very convenient if that's your method of travel. However, this location also means that the area around the hotel is very busy and was quite noisy and grubby. None of this affected us in our room, thankfully, but our walks to and from the hotel weren't the most pleasant and we never felt completely safe. I suppose this would be a problem in most major cities, but I figured it's worth mentioning nonetheless. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to friends.

The soap dispenser was empty and physically not easy to use.
Ashley, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Disappointing. I was on the sixth floor, Room 655. There was water damage on the ceiling and the room smelt of chemicals. The sixth floor felt like an afterthought. A dirty bench placed on the landing on the way the stairs; the lift only goes to the fifth floor. This is supposed to be a boutique hotel. The only saving grace was that the staff were friendly and helpful.
Jarvis, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

In terms of being a base in the city this is great but the place has its drawbacks. Ideal for easy access to the main station. Very clean and compact room, hence the cocoon, perhaps not great if there are two of you, but nice look and with all facilities. Good walk in shower and sink (in the bedroom). Air conditioning in the room was good. Lighting in the room was truly bizarre and rather useless. No ceiling light, wardrobe area in complete darkness so impossible to see into your suitcase, but shower room was glaring with light. Reading lights over the bed only useful if you are lying down. The noise from the floor above was deafening so difficult to get a good night sleep. The guy on reception was very brusque, didn't feel confident I could have gone there if there was a problem. The area around Karlsplatz is quite dodgy at night so didn't feel that safe on my own. Would stay there again if no alternative.

8/10 Very good

Very clean, easy location to walk to the old town from. Great breakfast selection
