Mitsui Garden is always a great hotel to stay in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My room overlooked the ocean on the 25th floor. Very peaceful and quiet area to be in. 10/10 will book Mitsui Garden in the future.

The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area.
