I finally found my place to stay when I fly to São Paulo. I have stayed in many places, but none compare to this charming, elegant, with a great location and an amazing service. I went on a family trip and it was amazing.

6/10 Good

Staff was very courteous at all times. Hotel did not seem ready for the end of year influx of visitors, no towels at the pool/sauna area, trouble serving the end of year feast adequately (no water glasses at the tables, delay in serving beverages, that sort of stuff), no one at the front to greet incoming guests and answer questions, only one person at front desk at check out time… seemed very short staffed, in other words

8/10 Very good

Everything about this hotel is top notch. I only had 1 thing that was not good and that was the breakfast. The temperature of the hot foods was not always consistently hot. Also while the pictures make it look like there's alot of variety; most of the foods are starchy and bread or cakes. As a keto or carnivore dieter, there's just not enough meats and non- sugar options which limits what you can eat. However, don't let that prevent you from staying here. The other things like staff, decor, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and beds, location, security and ambience, etc...are as close to perfect as you could want. Excellent hotel!!!!

The hotel is pretty run down, not clean especially in toilet area. Soundproofing is very bad and you can clearly hear the TV of next door, toilet flushing is not working well. Breakfast is ok and staff are noce though.
