The staff was excellent. Diego was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. He went above and beyond and is an asset to Le Cameleon. David was also very friendly and full of good advice. Also Brady and Cindy. The gardens all around were beautiful. The restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend Le Cameleon if you’re heading to Puerto Viejo.

This hotel is stunning! The pool and restaurant area has an awesome view of the beach and ocean. It has several pools that allow for different crowds. I went with my wife and twin boys and shared a 2 queen room. Even though the beds are small (not queen for sure), all other details were positive.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. One of the highlights was their excursion recommendations. They suggested some of the best activities, and everything was perfectly planned and unforgettable. It really made exploring Costa Rica so easy and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Jennifer from housekeeping—she did an outstanding job every single time. The place was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, which made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Le Celemeon. The combination of great service, helpful staff, and excellent cleanliness made it a truly memorable experience.
