Staff was very helpful to my sister and I for our stay. We were over for a bridal shower in Suwanee and they allowed us to leave one of our cars parked at the hotel all day before check in while we were out doing things related to the shower. Our room was very clean and breakfast was good. We would stay again at this hotel.

Looks recently refurbished. Wonderfully clean. Manages to be professional, comfortable, and welcoming at the same time.

Good enough and clean, bathroom door wouldn’t fully close was the only issue

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. My wife and I stayed for six days, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. It felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like being at home. The staff were extremely kind, polite, attentive, and helpful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was very weak, and cell phone service often dropped. I will be back when I go vacation there

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My only issues were the noisy traffic and the tread mill sign in process that I just couldn't get to work. Disappointing.

Room was good but there were no facial tissues. TV programs were a bit small on the selections. It was an excellent location for my needs. Thanks!!!

6/10 Good

The room was extremely clean and professional when we checked in. Upon returning to the inn on the second day after enjoying the town, we noted that our beds were not made up - they just messily pulled the covers up to the pillows. They also didn't change the sheets and there were crumbs in the bed that we didn't leave! That was my only issue... other than that, it was a nice place to stay and the staff with which I interacted were extremely nice and friendly.

The heater was out and it was doing the winter storm, they changed the room 7 hours later. Then the sofa bed would not come out took them 15 minutes to get that open, remind you I paid 25 for early check in. Not that friendly. Pretty clean place. But can spend my money somewhere it’s appreciated
