Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom.

Amo esse hotel . E vejo que cadacdiacesta melhorando . Agora temos bangalôs , três tipos de piscina . O serviço de barba na piscina melhorou muito ( porém pode melhorar um pouco mais) atendimento dos funcionários , maravilhosos . Se vcs não tem opção para natal . Super indico passar o natal se a família for pequena . A ceia e maravilhosa. Papai Noel sobrevoando de helicóptero 🚁🚁🚁. Tudo encantador . Breve estarei de volta

Esperava um pouco mais da recreação, que achei abaixo das expectativas. Também encontramos uma barata pequena no quarto, o que foi bastante desagradável. O café da manhã foi mediano, nem ruim, nem bom. Vale destacar que as tapiocas e os omeletes eram ótimos! Por outro lado, os frios eram servidos de forma bem limitada, praticamente uma fatia por prato, rs. As piscinas são muito boas, e os funcionários merecem elogios: todos muito simpáticos, carismáticos e atenciosos! Já o espaço kids achei bem pequeno, principalmente considerando o tamanho e a estrutura do hotel. No geral, tivemos bons momentos, mas acredito que alguns pontos precisam melhorar para que a experiência esteja à altura do que o hotel oferece e do que os hóspedes esperam.
