Classic hotel in a delightful location
We decided to stay in Cavtat simply because it's very close to Dubrovnik airport and we had a morning flight, however it ended up being an unexpected gem. The Villa Pattiera hotel was all old-school elegance, with attentive staff, comfortable rooms, a well-rated onsite restaurant, and a good breakfast buffet. As the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, parking is in the main town lot by the water, just a couple of minutes walk away.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had an early flight and were offered sandwiches and an arranged ride for the very early start. It was a perfect ending to Cavtat. I highly recommend the hotel.

A gorgeous property very close to the water and boat transportation into the Old City! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I also loved the history of the building - the previous home of an opera singer.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Cavtat. Noise from the street and early, frequent church bells were somewhat disruptive. Service was exceptional at this family owned and operated premises.

Perfect stay!
Lovely small hotel with excellent service. Very good breakfast with a big choice of dishes served by attentive and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant was also excellent with well cooked dishes and good service. Hotel position is perfect. Very near to nice bathing beaches with fantastic clear water. Another plus is that it is only 10 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Cavtat has plenty of bars and restaurants but is not noisy. Will definately recommend the hotel and village to others. We are already to start thinking about returning next year!

We discovered Villa Pattiera as simple overnight-before-flight out. It is seven minutes to the Dubrovnik airport.
When we arrived, we were delighted with the location, town, and port. The property is centrally located with plenty of dining options within a short walk. Our room was spacious enough to leave our luggage open with a generously-sized bathroom.
Access to taxis was easy, although the central part of town does not allow vehicles so you have to walk your baggage, but we didn't consider that to be a problem.
Should we return to Dubrovnik, Villa will be a preferred option for us.

Great location, wonderful staff and relaxing town
This is a well run hotel right on the harbor. We arrived by car and the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but the parking area is only a short walk away. We were in room 6 which had a shared balcony for us to relax and people watch as well as visit with the people in the room next door who also had use of the balcony. Stanka, the concierge, gave us excellent advice on where to go and sites to see. The room was well equipped and comfortable.
