This hotel is a gem, it is very nice, very clean, nice rooms, excellent service, very good breakfast and has this amazing Roman ruins in their basement, which was discovered when they built the hotel. They gave a free tour of it which was very interesting! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience. It's a perfect location for events at the Ancient Theater, near great restaurants, a two minute walk from the Kapana shopping area, and central to lots of historical ruins. The hotel itself is great for history buffs with the ruins underneath, which they give daily tours for. The staff and amenities were great as well. Staff were all fluent in English. Would stay there again.

People who shouldn't stay at this hotel: 1. People on a diet: Your diet will be ruined by the delicious breakfast, complimentary minibar, and welcome wine. 2. People with a good relationship with their spouse: Your spouse might be so charmed by the hotel staff's friendly service that you end up fighting and returning home alone. 3. People who think their home's interior design is the best: After staying here, your own home's décor will look incredibly shabby by comparison.

We absolutely loved our stay at Flavia - luxury boutique hotel experience with breathtakingly beautiful architecture and very interesting history. The concept of this hotel is blending its past (the property sits on an ancient Roman bath, which you’re able to see and tour), present and future. The owner of the hotel gives tours of the Roman bath daily and very eloquently describes how it was discovered and how it was incorporated in the current building. We highly recommend this hotel as it will provide a once in a lifetime experience. The location of it is excellent as well - right in the heart of old town and walking distance to anything you need. I sincerely thank the entire staff for making our stay so incredibly special and memorable!
