The hotel was centrally located and very nice. We were upgraded to a very large, comfortable room. Beds were comfortable. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and it was good food with fast service. We used the parking which was convenient and the gym, which was small but adequate. Our only complaint (and I wish premium hotels would just not do this ever!) was that they only included two coffee pods the first day and after that they were 2.50 Euro each. It just seems cheap and it’s annoying.

8/10 Very good

Good location. Walking distance to most of the places worth a wisit. Grand Cafe in the backyard of the hotel is really nice. Good hotel, but the breakfast is dissapointing. In a 5 star hotel should there be fresh fruit juice and at least sparkling water. They serve some extremly sweet apple- and peach lemonade. Not a good start of the day. All in all a 3 star breakfast.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent hotel for location, space, and functionality. May appear dated to some, however was clean, well maintained, and otherwise comfortable spacious room. Short walk to area amenities, transit, and attractions. Staff were attentive/courteous to inquiry. Would stay again for central location/access to transit and Vitosha Street.
