Front desk staff were FABULOUS. Guidetta was amazingly helpful arranging so many things for us and offering very helpful information. She really went above and beyond and made our stay most memorable. Antonio in the dining was also superb, so personable and hard working. The gardens were lovely and the pool clean and inviting. The whole facility is a pleasure to enjoy. The colors, the style, the ambience - we had an excellent experience.

Good: Very pretty hotel, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Less: Thin unpleasant towels; Better explanations about the sailing excursions needed.

Posto top a Lipari!

Pleasant place to stay on Lipari. Staff were very nice. Rooms are basic and dated, but comfortable enough. The swimming pool was great.

Excellent stay

We stayed 3 nights with our baby. The staff was delightful. The place is beautiful, with great view on the sea and extremely relaxing. It was an easy walk to the city even with the stroller and baby. I would 100% recommend to stay there
