Set in a beautiful location in the Old Port area, I felt like I was staying in a bit of history (I was). Staff were incredibly helpful, fluidly moving from French to English and back (my French has gaps). Three great restaurants, including a rooftop resto with a view of the port (the lobster roll was to die for). If I can afford it, I'll stay there again.

The Hotel was amazing, had an old feel but updated amenities and bathroom. The shower was amazing, had more power to it than most modern hotels. The view was awesome and the windows opened up to the street. I would highly recommend this place to get an old Montreal feel with a modern amenities. I wish the roof top bar was open but was closed during the week while we were there. That was the only disappointment.

Loved everything about our hotel—public spaces were warm and inviting, restaurant food was delicious, ALL staff were wonderful, and our room was spacious, airy, and maid service perfect every day. Only two challenges were slow elevator, and lots of late noise from the street on Saturday night. Location was perfect, though!! We would definitely stay here again.

This is an AMAZING hotel. Great location on the waterfront, The rear entrance leads to Rue Saint-Paul E, which is great. The staff, especially Julia C. was awesome. Julia was so polite, friendly and helpful with leading us to great nightlife spots. Her service on the rooftop was top tier. And the food at this hotel was 5-star. I will return here for sure.

So glad we went with this hotel for the Montreal leg of our Canada trip. Staff couldn't be more friendly (in both French & English) - the attached bistro (Pincette) was charming, the main bar is cosy with great drinks, and special mention to our rooftop terrace bartender. She was a delight and made probably the best martini we had on the trip.
