Excellent and confortable room (although the walls in ours were paper-thin and didn’t provide much sound-proofing), the pool and deck are amazing, with a fantastic view of the bay and sunset, and the breakfast is great. Oh and the staff was super friendly too. This place is perfect for a weekend get-away out of Rio.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were very nice. Rooms were very pretty, just not sound proof at all. Woke up quite a bit due to so many sounds outside due to the lack of insulation. Also listened to my neighbor vomit. It is a really great hotel and I imagine that all the pousadas in the area are the same as this. So if you are sensitive to sound I would stay at casa brancas

The staff at the restaurant was great and made our stay worthwhile. The restaurant Mystic and its food is outstanding and this for breakfast and dinner. The location of this hotel is also great - the center of Buzios is within walking distance and the area is safe. The only negative point to mention are the rooms. Only the Superior and Suites look like the picture. The standard rooms are not that great and could use a touch up.

Dream of a place to go to nourish the soul, mix in awesome service and a way over the top good restaurant in one of the most quaint beach towns, and you've got Pousada Abracadabra. It's 7 mins to walk to the beachfront that has quick access to many restaurants and a lively evening scene. The rooms are comfortable, beach chic/slightly rustic with a feel of quality. The views from the infinity pool and the restaurant make this one place so very special. Any weather, there is something to watch as you ponder. Catching a sunset on a nice clear evening with the boats in the harbor is magic. Go there.

The views of the rooms, the food is divine, excellent customer service. Our room was ready at arrival, complementary chocolate in the room. Walking distance to the beaches. I would recommend the boat ride to the various beaches. A private tour for 2 in dollars is $66. I would definitely stay in this place again.
