8/10 Very good

The suite was fantastic, as were the amenities. Several activities were scheduled for the children, and the view was breathtaking. Carlsbad Village and the beach were only 5 minutes away. The only negative thing was the room wasn't ready at check-in time. We had to wait 2 hours.

Lovely property, just renovated. (Some of the renovation smell has not fully settled yet). Pool is sophisticated and beautiful. Food menu was good too. A nice oasis with private entry to lego land.
