What a wonderful experience! It’s one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in..a little higher up for a Mountain View would have been more perfect.. when I booked I did request it because it was our anniversary.. some hotels this nice have surprised with champagne, they did not…everything else was elegant.. we would stay again, especially at rates we got! Beautiful European architecture an amazing property!

Summer family trip in June the week after father’s day. Family with 2 children (5yrs old) and my parents. We could not have picked a better hotel. Loved that they had everything….from the food, to the stores for souvenirs and up the mountain games for the kids. They did the rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline and the ride WOW! Best trip ever. The rooms were very clean and everything was top notch.

Beautiful large room and balcony, exceptionally clean for a hotel. Our favorite location in the heart of Lionshead. However on this trip the TV didn't work, the engineer sent up couldn't figure it out, and the A/C did not work well...room didn't get below 74 degrees even when set to 65. Manager comped parking through front desk at checkout but didn't come out to acknowledge or apologize. Not the end of the world, but at this price point, I expect better service and working systems.
