Everything was great the staff were amazing and helpful in anyway they could help, food, spa and services. The ONLY negative is the toilet paper! The worst scratchy paper ever, like cheap Walmart Sam's or Costco's cheapest paper they offer. Yes it is that bad. I did make comments to the manager on duty when I checked out, he noted he had heard this before and I told him good, then do something about it and I'll be back but not until then. If you go bring your own toilet paper, it's a great place, I loved everything about it!!

Nice views/ bad experience. We went for our 1 year anniversary. A lot of thing seemed to have went wrong. When we arrived I asked if I can extend our stay till 4 instead of noon and I’ll pay if I need to. She said call in the morning and we can see what we can do.we ended up having dinner at the rocks lounge in the hotel,we ordered 70$steak and asked for medium rare came back bleeding,they tried to fix but still tasted terrible.had a massage in mornin290$.massage oil was cold and and room was cold. before going to the massage I went to asked if I can extend our stay, I wanted my boyfriend to be able to sleep in and order in brunch. They told my I can stay an extra 4 hours if I pay like 350 ish (which is another nights stay ) which was insane. So I asked how much it would be just to stay till 2 and they told me it’s half the room rate which is about 175 and I said fine I’ll just go with that and they made sure my key wouldn’t lock me out. I went to my massage and then went back to my room. My boyfriend was gone,the house keeper had our sheets on the floor already cleaning up. I called my boyfriend and he was kicked out they just came in the room and started cleaning. I was so upset I ended up crying, everything was going wrong and I just wanted to have a good time for our special day.we went to the desk they apologized for everything, they took the extra charge off.also told me they would email me and take care of us for another time but it’s been almost a week and not email.
