Our stay was very pleasant and we really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was within a couple of minutes walking distance to the town’s center and attractions. The staff was really friendly, helpful and readily accessible for anything we needed, such as a mini fridge. The buffet breakfast offered traditional dishes and everything was delicious! One of the best features that we enjoyed was the rooftop terrace, which gave us a beautiful panoramic view of the city’s colorful landscape. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located to the central part of town and doors away from the Diego Rivera museum. We had a room over the street so the only downside was that it was a bit noisy. However, I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel and its facilities are excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience we had is that we had booked a suite through Hotels.com. When we checked in there were no suites available so we were given a standard double room. It seems that hotel booking websites duplicate bookings to cover for possible cancellations. We requested some form of compensation and the hotel staff gave us complimentary breakfast coupons for our entire stay. Aside for this situation our stay was a happy one.

The hotel is so beautiful and walking distance to everything, they offer you the callejoneada please take that you are not going to regret it, Guanajuato is my state and we enjoy our visit, everyone was so helpful, I call the day day before to ask some questions and they help me a lot, we are going to come back to el meson de Los Poetas, the food was so good, my aunt recommended to me and we are going to do the same!!!
