Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

Limpeza impecável, boa estrutura. O ar acondicionado do quarto só fica a 21 graus. o ventilador é muito fraco. Passamos muito calor a noite. Reclamei na recepção e nada adiantou. A equipe de animação e os fotógrafos do hotel são sensacionais. O restante dos funcionários, recepcionistas, garçons, a baiana do acarajé são mal humorados, não respondem ao bom dia que se faz por educação. Obviamente que são os que tivemos contato. Não tive boas experiências em relação a educação. Varreram meu pé debaixo da mesa do café, pedi um refrigerante várias vezes no restaurante japonês, chegou no fim do jantar, apesar das varias solicitações. O restaurante baiano é sensacional! O pior mesmo acredito que foi o ar condicionado que não esfria o quarto. Impossível dormir no calor. A recepcionista falou que era assim mesmo e que nao podia fazer nada. Se você é um tipo de hóspede que vai para comer, beber e curtir e não se importa com experiência, vale a pena. Minha família valoriza muito educação, relacionamento, além de estrutura e comida. Isso deixou muito a desejar.

O resert está muito bom, frequentamos desde 2007 ( inauguração), depois da pandemia demos uma parada. Agora retornamos, mas achamos que teve uma queda na qualidade da alimentação.

Acredito que fui com as expectativas muito altas , hotel é bom mais não é incrível. Uma coisa que me pegou demais é que não tem água mineral e tem bebedouro p você ir encher entendo a questão da economia mais a água é muito ruim pessima. Alguns funcionários são muito educados é solicitos mas tem alguns que simplesmente nem bom dia dar e péssimos de informações não são todos .
