Overall this is a good hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite with a fold out couch for the kids. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper and we had to request it from the front desk and go get it ourselves. The reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but only enough towels for 2 people in the room so we had to go to the front desk to get additional towels too. I feel like small details were overlooked like that for this stay. Also there was a fire alarm that went off right after getting the kids to bed so we had to evacuate the sleeping kids to the car for about 15 minutes until the firefighters cleared the building. So that was really hard for us. Breakfast was good. Pool area was very very warm.

The only complaints we had is that the 'hot' water was only luke warm for the shower and then on Saturday morning the breakfast(which started at 7) and we got down around 730 didn't have eggs or pork sausage out. They came shortly after that but it wasn't ready and then there were no cinnamon rolls which is a highlight of these breakfasts. The desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. There were only two towels in a room sleeping four. The area food was served needed to be air conditioned. It was a sweat shop. TV was not user friendly. The baggage cart needs to be replaced and maintained. You could here the people walking back and forth in the room above you. The East entry door needs to be replaced. Need more towels in the pool. I would consider this to be an average facility for a Holiday Inn Express.
