We were amazed with friendliness of the team (Millie, Nina and other beautiful guest service ladies), hospitality and attention to details. We were celebrating our anniversary and were so happy to receive a hand-written greetings card and sweet treats from the hotel, it made our special day really special! The hotel itself is a piece of art stuffed with unique art objects, paintings and iconic furniture. The Open Bath room facing the Saluhall is spacy, beds are comfortable, the jacuzzi bath is so much fun. Bvlgary cosmetics, wine glasses, ice from ice machine, a kettle, a towels dryer to dry your swimsuit, lovely slippers and bathrobes, 3 or 4 different pillows, fresh strawberries for breakfast, lovely little rooftop pool with the views - the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!
