Room. - we were. upgraded to a suite, but the bathroom was very tired and needed some work, sink had cracks in out and the bath was flaking ( looked like it had been repainted) has it was a nice room.
Amenities - main swimming pool we were told 2 days before arrival it would be closed for repairs. 2 days is not good enough or allowed any time to change. The other pool was set up for children and was very noisy and busy

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is tiles around the pool very slippery and dangerous

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Prama, was close to restaurants, shops and bars along the beach. Pool facilities were good for our grandson and bikes were good for a ride along the beachfront.
Would definitely stay again on our next holiday.

THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND THE STAFF WERE MOST COURTEOUS. HOTEL'S FOOD AND DRINK COSTS WERE TOO HIGH FOR BALI. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT WAS OK. ALL HOTEL FACILITIES, RESTAURANTS, BEACH AND SWIMMING POOLS WERE VERY GOOD. IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE STAY AT A FABULOUS RESORT

The breakfast was limited to mostly Asian dishes, and not everyone likes salad for breakfast. Our room was old and had only one plug that you could use for your electronics. ONLY one PLUG in the entire room and bathroom. Old decor, broken tiles on the floor, and squeaky floors. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
