Nice location to get around the city. Easy to walk many places. The area is under construction so a bit difficult for drivers. Restaurant on site was good. Very good breakfast.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel with river views. Would prefer a password protected Wi-fi for guest, as this hotel appears to attracts business clients as well as tourists. Indoor parking spots on site, although may be limited for size of hotel. For tourist, this hotel is within walking distance of the major sites in Limerick City.

The property is doing some remodeling, but the rooms were roomy and lots of hidden storage shelves by the bed. The shower and bathroom were great. Bed was comfortable. Area was safe and located within walking distance to all the sites. Only con was parking area is very small, we were lucky to find parking on the street but there is a paid parking lot right across the street. Would stay here again.

The hotel is updating it's water-view restaurant and bar. That's a shame even though the alternative facilities were OK. I was advised that this was the case in advance of my stay but is the only reason why I did not give a 5-star review. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times.

We've stayed here a couple of times pre-Covid and back again recently, definitely some upgrades have been done in between. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. They were doing some maintenance works during our stay, it didn't pose too much of a hassle even though I had knee surgery earlier in the year and still recovering. Noise level was fine too. The anti slip bath mat for the shower was incredibly helpful during our stay because of my knee. No shortage of towels even if you're on DND. The only slight feedback would be maybe upgrade the gym a little would be helpful, the ventilation in there isn't great. Would highly recommend, definitely would be back again when we're in town
