The hotel is in a wonderful location, only 15 minutes from the airport and in a very beautiful location. It was a perfect first 2 nights of our Sardinian holiday. We spent most of our time enjoying the beach and then relaxing in the lovely gardens at the hotel. Our room was excellent, very comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The hotel is older, but rather than feeling dated, it has character and feels well-loved. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of options. Private parking lot across the street and pretty easy bus access. My only surprise was there was a charge to use the hotel "private beach" chairs. The seagrass hadn't been swept away from the water access and no effort was kept to keep the wandering beach hawkers from bothering anyone laying out. I've never heard of being charged to use the beach facilities at a beach hotel, but the pool area is nice, the grounds are pretty, and I appreciate that a beach towel is provided for use.

Staff was very helpful in advising us what our options were for a boat trip away from Obia. We did enjoy the complementary jazz music player during one of the nights. Hotel is about a 5min walk to the beach which was perfect, just be extra careful when walking to the beach since you have to walk on the same road as the cars heading towards the beach, no separate lanes. We were however surprised you had to pay to use the sunbeds and umbrellas per day (25EUR) at their side of the beach since we assumed it was part of the booking considering the hotel is making advertisement for the availability of beach and sunbeds. Also it would be recommended to get a car during the stay to be able to explore the Olbia and its neighboring cities. Other than that we did enjoy our stay at the hotel.

Hidden gem

It was a comfortable stay in a great location for beach going. The hotel rooms are slightly dated but provide a cultural ambiance of the area. Vendors on the beach are a bit annoying but the view on the beach is spectacular. The staff is very helpful and provide excellent service. The restaurant and bar staff are attentive and the food is delicious at Nino’s.

Very nice intimate hotel with friendly staff

We had a very nice stay at Stefania boutique hotel. The hotel is perfect for couples looking for a quiet stay in great and cosy surroundings. However, what we thought was the best, was the staff. This goes from reception, cleaning, bar and waitors. It is a good idea to hire a car when staying at this hotel, because the surrounding area is certainly wort visiting. And having a car just makes more convenient. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful family owned hotel right by a nice beach. The hotel staff is super helpful with organizing taxi or a boat tour, making reservations, etc. The bus stop to Olbia is right by the hotel entrance and a small grocery store in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. I will be back.

Very nice friendly and helpful staff behind reception. Clean, comfortable room. Mixologist was welcoming and made great cocktails. Breakfast spread good. Dinner option disappointing as you only had the option for 3 course meal. Fab location with beach just down the road.

Every staff member that we met was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel is like family. My dinner at Nino's was the best we had during our two trip around Italy. We had a wonderful stay at this property. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. Their knowledge of this magical island was outstanding, and they provided excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and must-see attractions. The level of service felt like a 10-star concierge experience✨A special thank you to Stepania, Mona, and Antonella for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality😉 The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Michael and the team at the pool bar were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. The property itself has a unique charm and character that sets it apart. While it may not be the most modern Boutique Hotel, it has its own style and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was updated and modern, which was a nice touch. The only minor downside for me was that the bed and pillows are a bit firmer than I prefer. The location is convenient and easy to reach by car, only about 20 minutes from Olbia's airport. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, and there is a beautiful beach within walking distance. While there isn’t a great deal to do immediately around the property, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to return. The outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere made this stay truly special.

Terrible mistake

I chose this hotel because it says innthe advertisement that it is on the beach, there is AC and 2 hot tubs at the property. Well, it is near the beach and you have to pay 25 dollars extra per day to have beach service. The AC doesn't work properly and there are 2 tubs, its just not hot (not even warm). Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly.

Stayed 4 night in the middle of September. Property and service were great. Amazing food at hotel restaurant. Property is a couple of minutes from the beach. The ocean view that property offers is amazing. The area where hotel sits doesn’t offer much but the beach and about 4 restaurant options. However, bus service to olbia is across the street. Hotel would also help reserving taxi services if needed.

Excellent stay. Hotel is a bit outdated but nothing you can't overlook, it adds to the charm. Comfortable. Property is a bit far from everything. Bus stop near hotel. Great private parking if you choose to rent a car, which is recommended in order to reach all the beautiful beaches. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with booking car rental, transportation to and from airport and excursions. Food at hotel is delicious. Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive.Great access to private beach. Would recommend.
