The welcome was friendly and professional, our room was very clean and cleaned every morning, breakfast is outstanding, but take notice of the busy times. The Spa was first class. The Grill restaurant in the hotel is an absolute must, the food and service first class.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is fabulous, though the degree to which it excels will (obviously) depend on the room type. We booked a double which was in the older part of the hotel, facing the internal courtyard. Not an issue, however, the floor seemed to incline towards the window and the bathroom meant there was only room for one. The roof terrace on the fourth floor is definitely worth a visit if you are not lucky enough to have a room with a view. However, the staff excelled from the front desk to restaurant staff. One in particular deserves mention - Eric. He was extremely polite, attentive and professional during all the breakfasts we had. A definite GoTo for our return.

Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff. Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future.

We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.
