Incredible service, great location, delicious breakfast with wide selection. Truly 5 star experience. I used spa, laundry services and they were excellent. Booked a tour through front desk then had to cancel the night before the tour due to health reasons and got refund for the tour no questions asked. The concierge service is excellent, we got a lot of good recommendations. The room and bathroom are spacious and kept very clean throughout the stay. Location is very convenient, tons of great restaurants nearby. The doctor’s office is across the street, which was very helpful. Very welcoming staff, special treatment upon arrival and gift upon departure. We’ve had a great time and were very happy with Minoa Palace Resort.
