Fabulous helpful professional staff, very clean room. Two issues- breakfast was ok, and the AC was set up at 18C, which is too warm for some of the days.

Everything was amazing! The staff were really kind and helpful. The location is excellent - within walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants, yet the hotel area was quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. We loved our stay here. We would love to stay again!

Very nice and convenient hotel. The room was very comfortable and very well furnished. Highly qualified staff, all speak English very well and are super honest. I had lost my Apple Pencil and it was kept for me to come back and collect it.

10/10 Exceptional

It's one of the best hotels for our trip. Very spacious room, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed! Valet parking, breakfast buffet, restaurant on-site. When we checked in, staff was smiling, but at dinner, breakfast, and getting our car, no warm greetings. But overall, loved our stay here!

8/10 Very good

All was perfect except the overcrowded breakfast area where a table is hard to find and the host not super helpful or serviceminded unlike the front desk staff who are very helpful. Everything else is great
