Great centrally located hotel, walking distance to main areas. Staff were helpful but only problem was that as a group booking we were all on different floors and unable to use the lifts to go to each others rooms

Brilliant stay for our few days in Porto. The location is ideal to everywhere you want to visit, the staff are so helpful and the rooms were spotless. It hit 40 degrees while we were there and our in-room AC kept us very cool too. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great location and lovely hotel. Very quiet and everyone is friendly. Would have liked somewhere to lie by the pool and enjoy the sunshine but otherwise perfect.

Loved this hotel! The rooms are incredibly quiet. Even with a large crowd of people outside on the street watching the FIFA game, our room was still very quiet. Beds were comfortable. We also loved the circus themed room.

Excellent stay, lovely hotel in a great location. Pool was really nice as was the morning breakfast. The only reason for not giving it a 5 was the bar. There was a restaurant but it wasn’t really a place where you could sit and have a beer

This property was in a great location. Central/conv. to everything you want to visit in Porto. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was great, too. They cook to order. Would definitively stay here again.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. We enjoyed our one night, quiet and peaceful. Only thing, my reservation said I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine for being a VIP client of Expedia but we never received it…

The location is excellent. On the corner of Burberry store. Close to cafes and touristic spots. Staff at the desk are doing everything to help u. Young and dynamic at the front desk. The only thing i d change is the strong perfume u smell at all times in the lobby.
