The desk staff is amazing and the hotel is a great location. The breakfast was lovely although not as expansive as a typical Israeli spread but very tasty. Highly recommend staying here.

New hotel with spacious rooms and excellent service. One of the better hotels in the city of Tel Aviv.

10/10 Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay at Alberto Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop pool, which provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Tel Aviv and close to everything the city has to offer. A special thank you to Roni at the reception desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality made the experience even better. I highly recommend Alberto Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Amazing hotel, in the center of the city where everything you need close to the beach (15 min walk) hotels.com doesn't include the 17% tax so we had to pay it in front

One night in Alberto

The employees are so kind and friendly, the service was great and location is the best. The room is not that big with space for the suitcases and no closet was in our toom.

4/10 Fair

The location and the hotel are great…the check in staff are rude, lazy and need a lesson in personal hygiene. As a hotelier, I can’t imagine having staff doing personal cell phone calls during check ins and looking like they haven’t showered in days.

2/10 Poor

Cleanliness is very poor

Staff = 10/10 Cleanliness = 1/10 For a hotel that was just opened last year, the bathrooms are too dirty; the cleaners really need to pay more attention and give it a good scrub. Mould, scum and hairs everywhere. Disgusting! The reception and bar staff were very friendly and excellent though.
