I love staying at this hotel because it’s friendly staff, including the taxi drivers. Everyone always has a smile on the face, this is my third time staying here while in Nicaragua and I don’t think this will ever change.

10/10 Exceptional

Had an absolutely wonderful day at this facility. The staff was unbelievably friendly, spoke very good English and was very accommodating as we had three dogs. There’s no such thing as a perfect hotel, but this was as close as you can get. If I had to really be nitpicky, I’m surprised for a Hilton that the shower didn’t come with better amenities, but that’s me being really picky.

During my 2 week stay I had an overall excellent experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me by my name - room service, housekeeping all very professional and eager to please with any request. Pool was very nice and kept cleaned. Hotel is a little outdated but it didn’t take away from a very pleasant experience.
